Returns/reshipment

If a Coolmobility product does not meet your expectations or you have chosen the wrong size, you can return it within the EU within 14 days. Please proceed as follows:

  1. Contact our customer service so we can request collection of the product. Please leave your mobile phone number so that you can be reached for notification.
  2. Please pack the product and all accessories carefully and, if possible, in the original packaging. Make sure to protect the frame appropriately, otherwise unsightly paint damage to the bike could occur during transport. Attach the return label to the package so that it is clearly visible.
  3. The shipping company will pick up the package directly from you and bring it back to us. Please note that you specify a daily staffed contact point as the pick-up location.
  4. After we receive your package, we will inspect the returned product and refund you via your chosen payment method.
