Delivery Times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, we ship goods within Germany within a standard delivery time of 3 - 7 business days. For international deliveries, the standard delivery time is between 5 - 10 business days after contract conclusion (for advance payments, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in one consolidated shipment if possible, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

For self-collection, we will notify you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

We ship to the following countries:
Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Latvia, Portugal, Sweden, Spain

We do NOT ship to the following countries:
United Kingdom: Currently, we do not ship to the United Kingdom.

Within Germany:
Free shipping for orders over €99.00
Flat rate of €4.95 for orders up to €98.99

To EU countries:
Flat rate of €9.95 for orders up to a value of €199.00
For orders over €200.00, the shipping cost is €24.95

Returns and Exchanges
For returns or exchanges, the original packaging is required for the secure return of the product. Without the original packaging, we may not be able to accept returns, or additional packaging costs may apply.
